Spinach Quesadilla

A fresh take on a traditional favorite.

½ cup fresh spinach leaves, packed
¼ cup fat free mild Mexican cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. BUENO® Green Chile, thawed
¼ cup tomato, sliced
2 BUENO® 8 inch Tortillas



1. Place spinach on a tortilla.
2. Top with cheese, green chile and tomatoes.
3. Place the other tortilla on top. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Makes one serving.
