cup fat free mild Mexican cheddar cheese, shredded •

1. Place spinach on a
tortilla. 2. Top with cheese,
green chile and tomatoes. 3. Place the other tortilla
on top. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes one serving.
