Quesadilla (Corn Crisp) A Baca family favorite on Saturdays.
• 1 BUENO® Corn Tortilla • 2 oz. lowfat cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 Tbsp. onion, diced • 2 Tbsp. BUENO® Frozen Green Chile
1. Top corn tortilla with cheese. 2. Sprinkle onion and green chile over cheese. 3. Place on a cookie sheet and broil from 3-5 minutes. Makes one 4 oz. serving.
