Mexican Pizza

This is pizza with pizzazz, perfect for a Saturday evening!

6 BUENO® Fajita Style
  Tortillas
1 16 oz. jar BUENO®
   Flame Roasted Salsa
1 cup (3 oz.) mozzarella
   cheese shredded
1 3 ½ oz. pkg. pepperoni
4 to 5 oz. chorizo, sliced,
   browned
1/8 medium onion chopped
½ green or red bell pepper,
   chopped


1.
 Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Spread salsa evenly over each tortilla (about 1/8 cup over each tortilla).
3. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Place meat toppings on top of cheese.
    Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top.
4. Place pizzas on a cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 7 minutes.
    Makes six 5 ½ oz. servings. Top with remaining salsa.
