Green Chile Salsa

Serve over fish or chicken or as a dip for vegetables or corn chips.

1 13 oz. container BUENO®
   Frozen Green Chile
1 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1/2 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic

2 tsp. BUENO® Granulated Garlic
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.
BUENO® Oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. cilantro (optional)


1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Place in covered dish and refrigerate for two hours before serving. Makes
     approximately 24 oz. or 3 cups.


Option: Substitute fresh tomatoes from the garden instead of the stewed tomatoes.
