Fajitas in a Flash!

A Southwestern favorite when you're in a hurry.

 1 lb. sirloin tip, cut into long thin strips
 1 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
 1 small bell pepper cut into thin strips
 ½ small onion, cut into thin strips
 1-16oz. jar BUENO® Green Chile Sauce
 
1 pkg. BUENO® Fajita Style Flour Tortillas
 6 leaves green leaf or red leaf lettuce or ½ head
    iceberg lettuce, shredded
 1 medium tomato, chopped
 1 avocado, thinly sliced
 1 8oz. pkg. reduced fat shredded cheese
 1 cup jarred BUENO® Flame Roasted Salsa


1.
 In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add beef strips and brown.
3. When halfway done, (approximately 5 minutes), add bell pepper and onion strips.
4. When beef strips are cooked, (approximately 5 additional minutes), add jar of
    green chile sauce. Over low heat, simmer uncovered until tender,
    approximately 5-7 minutes.
5. Divide meat mixture evenly onto each tortilla or serve family style and let
    everyone prepare their own.
6. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese and salsa. Meat mixture
    yields eight 4 oz. servings.

Option: Use pre-cooked beef strips to cut 10 minutes from prep. time
