Chicken Adobada (Marinated Chicken)

Easy, low calorie and full of flavor. What could be better?

4 split chicken breasts (approx. 3 cups)
1 14oz. container BUENO® Frozen Red Chile
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. BUENO® Oregano

 


1.
In a bowl combine red chile, garlic, salt and oregano. Place aside.
2. Cut raw chicken into strips. Place in a deep baking dish. Pour chile mixture
    over poultry. Place in refrigerator and let marinate up to 24 hours depending
    on personal taste.

3. Bake at 350 ° for 1 hour. Makes six 4oz. servings.
