1. In
a bowl combine red chile, garlic, salt and oregano. Place aside. 2.Cut
raw chicken into strips. Place
in a deep baking dish. Pour
chile mixture
over poultry. Place in refrigerator and let marinate up to 24 hours depending
on personal taste. 3.Bake
at 350°
for 1 hour. Makes
six 4oz. servings.
