Chile con Queso 

A spicy treat for chile and cheese lovers alike. Serve with tortilla chips.

1 16 oz. jar BUENO® Green Chile Sauce
16 oz. pasteurized processed cheese food (like Velveeta), cubed

 


1. Heat green chile sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, stirring
    occasionally.

2. Stir in cheese. Cook until cheese melts approximately 1 minute, stirring
    constantly. Makes 30 oz.

Option: Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup for added flavor.  

Note:  Dip thickens as it cools so keep it heated.
