Chile Chicken Primavera 

Come home after a hard day’s work to the wonderful aroma of a home-cooked meal in the crockpot. So easy and delicious.

Per serving: 110 calories; 13g protein; 1g fat; 13g carbohydrates; 260mg sodium; 30mg cholesterol.

1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 6 pieces
3 carrots, cut into thin wedges
2 medium potatoes, cut into small wedges
1 16 oz. jar BUENO® Green Chile Sauce

 


1. Place chicken and vegetables in crockpot.
2. Pour sauce over.
3. Cook on high 3-4 hours. Makes six 6 oz. servings.
