Mexican Pizza
This is pizza with pizzazz, perfect for a Saturday evening!

6 BUENO® Tortillas
3/4 cup jarred
BUENO® Flame Roasted Salsa
1 cup mozzarella cheese,shredded
1-3 1/2 oz. pkg. pepperoni
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green or red bell pepper, chopped
3/4 cup frozen
BUENO® Chopped Green Chile, thawed

1. Spread 1/8 cup of salsa over each tortilla.
2. Sprinkle cheese over sauce.
3. Place remaining ingredients on top.
4. Place pizzas on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 7 minutes. Makes six 5 1/2 oz.

Option: you may substitute chorizo instead of pepperoni for a spicier zing. Or you may, eliminate meats all together and create an all-veggie pizza. Try eggplant and sun-dried tomatoes for a delicious blend of flavors.
