Generations of Strong Family Management
Long before Joseph Baca handed over leadership of Bueno Foods to his children, he instilled the values that make a business work. These values enable the second generation to effectively meet the challenges of a growing business.

Jacqueline Baca, an M.B.A. graduate of the University of New Mexico, has been president since 1986. Gene Baca, a 1986 graduate of the Harvard School of Law, is senior vice president. Catherine Baca, M.D. has served as production manager, quality control manager and is now vice president of technical services. Marijo Baca, who holds a master's degree from the University of Michigan, pioneered the distribution of Bueno's products in the Colorado market. Ana Baca, a writer and graduate of Stanford University and the University of New Mexico, serves as Communications Manager. Together, they work to have a positive influence and to fulfill a responsibility to one another, to the company and to the community.
